Joel Williams, Billy More-Nisbett from Drum Farm and Chris Leslie from Cloud Farming will present a field day exploring the principles and practice of foliar nitrogen applications. The morning lecture will cover key learnings from Joel’s recent Foliar Nitrogen online course while the afternoon tour will include a farm walk to see foliar nitrogen applications on milling wheat, milling oats, OSR, spring beans and potatoes; as well as examples of ploughed, min till and direct drill lands and a visit to the onsite composting operation.
